gnu: gnumach: Fix build for i686-linux.

* gnu/packages/patches/gnumach-fix-i686-linux-build.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/hurd.scm (gnumach)[source]: Use it.
[arguments]: Remove #:make-flags to avoid overriding now-essential CFLAGS set
by configure.  Rewrite to use gexps.
[supported-systems]: Add i686-linux.
