Add 'guix system'.
* guix/scripts/system.scm: New file. * Makefile.am (MODULES): Add it. * po/POTFILES.in: Likewise. * doc/guix.texi (Using the Configuration System): Link to "Invoking guix system". (Invoking guix system): New node.
