* gnu/packages/python-web.scm (python-cssselect): Update to 1.1.0.
[source]: Change to GIT-FETCH.
[arguments]: Remove #:tests?. Add #:phases.
[native-inputs]: Add PYTHON-LXML and PYTHON-PYTEST.
[home-page]: Update to current.
