* gnu/packages/version-control.scm (mercurial): Update to 5.5.1.
[source]: Remove patches.
[arguments]: Adjust the custom 'check phase to delete a few more files.
(mercurial-patch): Remove procedure.
(%mercurial-patches): Remove variable.
