gnu: python-pillow: Disable egg compression.
Partly fixes <http://bugs.gnu.org/20765>.
* gnu/packages/python.scm (python-pillow)[arguments]: Rewrite using
'modify-phases'. Add 'disable-egg-compression' phase.
