gnu: python-astropy-healpix: Switch to pyproject-build-system.
* gnu/packages/astronomy.scm (python-astropy-healpix)[build-system]: Switch to
pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]: Do not override the 'check phase. Use G-Expressions.
