* gnu/packages/golang-xyz.scm (go-go-uber-org-zap):
[arguments]: <#:go>: Use go-1.19. <#:tests?>: Enable them.
<#:phases>: Add 'remove-test-files phase.
[propagated-inputs]: Add go-github-com-benbjohnson-clock.
[native-inputs]: Remove go-github-com-stretchr-testify; add
go-github-com-stretchr-testify-next and go-go-uber-org-goleak.
