hydra: Remove cross-builds from i686-linux to mips64el-linux-gnuabi64.
* build-aux/hydra/gnu-system.scm (hydra-jobs)[cross-jobs]: Define
'from-32-to-64?'. Filter out %CROSS-TARGETS that match.
