services: dhcp-client-configuration: Allow provision override.
* gnu/services/networking.scm (<dhcp-client-configuration>)[shepherd-provision]:
New field.
(dhcp-client-shepherd-service): Honor it.
* doc/guix.texi (Networking Setup): Document it.
