gnu: ipxe: Update to 1.21.1-1.9e1f7a3.
* gnu/packages/bootloaders.scm (ipxe): Update to 1.21.1-1.9e1f7a3.
[source]: Remove patch.
[arguments]: Add phase to skip 1 i386 firmware file. Move setting
syslinux path from make-flags to phases.
* gnu/packages/patches/ipxe-reproducible-geniso.patch: Remove file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove it.
