gnu: rust-bootstrap: Build with fewer packages.
Use more of the bundled libraries so we have fewer dependencies causing
rebuilds in the future.
* gnu/packages/rust.scm (rust-bootstrap)[inputs]: Remove curl.
[native-inputs]: Remove bison, flex.
