gnu: evolution-data-server: Fix build with ICU 61.
* gnu/packages/gnome.scm (evolution-data-server)[arguments]: In the configure
flags, add "-DU_USING_ICU_NAMESPACE=1" to CMAKE_CXX_FLAGS.
