gnu: Disable RUNPATH validation for packages that use $ORIGIN.
* gnu/packages/haskell.scm (ghc)[arguments]: Add #:validate-runpath?.
* gnu/packages/julia.scm (julia)[arguments]: Likewise.
* gnu/packages/java.scm (icedtea6)[arguments]: Likewise.
