gnu: Add audacity.
* gnu/packages/audacity.scm: New file.
* gnu-system.am (GNU_SYSTEM_MODULES): Add it.
* gnu/packages/patches/audacity-fix-ffmpeg-binding.patch: New file.
* gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
