gnu: flatpak: Add patch to fix paths.
* gnu/packages/package-management.scm (flatpak)[source]: Add patch.
* gnu/packages/patches/flatpak-fix-path.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
