gnu: glib: Work around unreliable GIO test.
Fixes <http://bugs.gnu.org/18445>.
* gnu/packages/patches/glib-tests-gapplication.patch: New file
* gnu/packages/glib.scm (glib)[source]: Add it.
* gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
