[source]: Remove patches.
* gnu/packages/patches/libextractor-CVE-2018-20430.patch
gnu/packages/patches/libextractor-CVE-2018-20431.patch:
Delete files.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Remove them.
