gnu: libtool: Add 2.4.4.
* gnu/packages/patches/libtool-2.4-skip-tests.patch: New file.
* gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/autotools.scm (libtool-2.4.4): New variable.
