gnu: Add txr.
* gnu/packages/lisp.scm (txr): New variable. * gnu/packages/patches/txr-shell.patch: New file. * gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it. Signed-off-by: Ludovic Courtès <ludo@gnu.org>
