gnu: Syncthing: Fix a crash bug.
* gnu/packages/patches/syncthing-fix-crash.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/syncthing.scm (syncthing)[source]: Use it.
