gnu: ruby-2.4: Update to 2.4.10.
* gnu/packages/ruby.scm (ruby-2.4): Update to 2.4.10. [source]: Remove a now redundant patch * gnu/packages/patches/ruby-rubygems-276-for-ruby24.patch: Delete file. * gnu/local.mk: Remove deleted patch.
