gnu: python-funcparserlib: Enable tests.
* gnu/packages/python-xyz.scm (python-funcparserlib): Enable tests.
[origin]: Use GitHub since it includes the tests unlike PyPi.
[build-system]: Use pyproject-build-system.
[arguments]: Run tests.
[native-inputs]: Add python-poetry-core.
