gnu: python-ipykernel: Update to 5.1.0.
* gnu/packages/python.scm (python-ipykernel): Update to 5.1.0. [arguments]: Enable tests. [propagated-inputs]: Add python-ipython. [native-inputs]: Add python-pytest and python-nose.
