artwork: Update to latest version.
* gnu/artwork.scm (%artwork-repository): Update.
* gnu/services/xorg.scm (%default-slim-theme-name): Change to "0.x".
* gnu/system/grub.scm (%background-image): Change to
GuixSD-fully-black-4-3.svg.
