gnu: singularity: Leave PATH unchanged.
Previously 'singularity help' & co. would all fail on Guix System
because Coreutils, grep, etc. were not found in $PATH.
* gnu/packages/linux.scm (singularity)[source](snippet): Remove "PATH"
setting from 'bin/singularity.in'.
