ui: Display hints to resolve profile collisions.
Fixes <https://bugs.gnu.org/29255>. Reported by Ben Sturmfels <ben@sturm.com.au>. * guix/ui.scm (display-collision-resolution-hint): New procedure. (call-with-error-handling): Call it upon '&profile-collistion-error'.
