import: cran: Fix file descriptor leak.
Fixes <https://bugs.gnu.org/38836>. Reported by Ricardo Wurmus <rekado@elephly.net>. * guix/import/cran.scm (bioconductor-packages-list): Close the port returned by 'http-fetch/cached'. (fetch-description): Likewise.
