(http-fetch): Remove #:buffered? argument to 'open-socket-for-uri'; use 'setvbuf' instead. * guix/scripts/substitute.scm (fetch): Likewise. * guix/build/download.scm (open-socket-for-uri): New procedure, taken from guix/http-client.scm, but without the #:buffered? parameter.
