The patch was merged upstream. [native-inputs]: Add python-minimal. [phases]{skip-problematic-tests}: Add phase. [configure-flags]: Do not set PYTHON to false. * gnu/packages/fontutils.scm (fontconfig-with-documentation) [native-inputs]: Add docbook-utils.
