Run "bash ./configure" instead of just "./configure". * distro/packages/bootstrap.scm (%bootstrap-inputs): Add "bash". * distro/packages/base.scm (gcc-boot0-wrapped): Use "bash" from %BOOT1-INPUTS instead of /bin/sh.
