installer: partition: Add a confirmation page before formatting.
Fixes: <https://issues.guix.gnu.org/57232>.
* gnu/installer/newt/partition.scm (run-label-confirmation-page): New
procedure.
(run-label-page): Call the above procedure before proceeding.
