gnu: cuirass: Depend on an older Guix snapshot.
Works around <https://issues.guix.gnu.org/55441#12>.
* gnu/packages/package-management.scm (guix-for-cuirass): New variable.
* gnu/packages/ci.scm (cuirass)[inputs]: Use it.
