gnu: python-afdko: Fix failing tests.
* gnu/packages/patches/python-afdko-suppress-copyright-test.patch: New file.
* gnu/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Adjust accordingly.
* gnu/packages/fontutils.scm (python-afdko)[source](patches): New field.
