gnu: icecat: Re-enable the Ephemeral Diffie-Hellman cipher suites.
* gnu/packages/patches/icecat-re-enable-DHE-cipher-suites.patch: New file.
* gnu-system.am (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/gnuzilla.scm (icecat)[source]: Add patch.
