gnu: evolution: Fix building with cmake > 3.20.
* gnu/packages/patches/evolution-printableoptions.patch: New file.
* gnu/packages/local.mk (dist_patch_DATA): Add it.
* gnu/packages/gnome.scm (evolution)[source]: Use it.
