gnu: strace: Update to 5.13.
* gnu/packages/linux.scm (strace): Update to 5.13.
[arguments]<#:phases>: Fix strace.c path.
Disable more tests: the readlink test that fails because of an extra glibc
readlink call because of the ld.so cache mechanism and some pidns tests that
hang forever.
