gnu: rust-caps-0.5: Update to 0.5.5.
* gnu/packages/crates-io.scm (rust-caps-0.5): Update to 0.5.5. [arguments]: Don't skip build. [cargo-inputs]: Add rust-serde-1. Remove rust-errno-0.2.
